Location: beach at the end of the street, impressive supermarket around the corner, and local market twice a week.
Kitchen very well equipped with everything one may want for a short or longer stay.
Balcony and living room comfortable and real family spaces. Flat is airy and light.
Parking space.
A minor point: The washing machine is a small vertical load one. We did not use it as it only caters for small loads - we went to the launderette at the supermarket.

Ruhige Lage in Strandnähe, Supermarkt zu Fuss in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Ferienwohnung war sauber und schön eingerichtet.
Es gibt keine Schränke in den Schlafszimmern. Man muss aus dem Koffer leben

Very quiet and peaceful. Good location near the beach and promenade, short walk to restaurants etc. Comfortable bed. Clean.
More storage eg a wardrobe or drawers would have been helpful!
