The location is great! Parking cost 5€ per day, was worth it as finding street parking is a no-go. We were able, not sure how legal it technically was, to get out well before 7am. No building noises as other reviews suggested. Maybe works have been completed now. Street did not al all feel unsafe.
It gets warm in the apartment. The fan helps during the night but you have to keep everything open and there will be mosquitoes! Suggestion would be to either add a mosquito net or fix up the existing AC system that is present in the room.
There was not that much warm water, but just knowing to keep half an hour between showers fixes that issue and is quite common on the island.

Afortunadamente no hizo demasiado calor

Apportez vos bouchons 🤣
