Tainted by the housekeeping teams complaint

The property itself was very nice

What was extremely disgusting and made me think I’d never book here or recommend this property to anyone is the mentality of the staff in particular the house keeping staff who made a huge drama about cleaning up after us. It’s there job. The house was not damaged or tainted just not sparkling clean, but I found a message from the housekeeping team to customer service making up lies , lazy unprofessional people

Okay für einen Aufenhalt in Rochester

Alleinstehendes Haus.
