Love coming back here for the location - 5***+++
Staff is friendly, helpful and responsive 24/7
Bathrooms are in a bad/dirty shape. It's surface cleaned right after the cleaner was in there but then the walls and edges are still moldy and after the first shower the floor is wet, stays wet and this until the cleaner visits again the next day

It was close to the CBD and darling harbour.
The toilets and shower were busy after 8am and we had to wait in a queue. I decided to not take a shower because I didn’t have time to wait. There was a rude, angry lady in the dining area and I had to leave because I felt uncomfortable.
