Loved the location, the place in a decent size with everything you need. Clean and comfy.
The noise but this is not a host problem. If you want the location you need to expect noise.
You are above a pub that closes at 4am.
The host pro ides ear plugs and white noise.
I personally didn't mind but some might.

Great location, facilities, space and the ability to get work done.
The noise at night is loud from the bars and restaurants below in the harbour.
