It was very clean a/c worked great. All the amenities you could ask for except a bottle opener. So bring your own if you need. Nice hot shower. Close to everything. The swimming pool is off limits for now but it was quiet and comfortable.

Clean and modern, comfortable
No power for first 3 hours, shower water heater didn’t work

We were not given the address by the Booking.com and that was a bad experience as we were not given the address. Arriving late the taxi could not find the complex and we had to find another hotel to stay at. Since we paid for all of it we had to find it the next day and stayed there. We liked the location, but not well managed. Brown-outs should never happen, so inconvenient for visitors not to have electricity while on vacation.
Need mirrors in the bedrooms since there’s only one in the bathroom.
Not well maintained…
Floors of unit were uneven.
Need garbage bins.
Toilet seats needed attention.
Need to provide necessary amenities like hair dryer, extra roll of toilet papers, soap & shampoo!
Guards were extremely courteous & very helpful.
Overall, property was ok but not desirable.
