Central location is very good. Sufficient kitchen etc for self-catering and relaxing. Good windows keep out traffic noise and we opened them in the evenings for the cafe and streetlife sounds.
The bed mattress was fine though the pillows were not great so we improvised. As with many places, best to bring a good quality inflatable backpacking pillow.

The location is right in the heart of the old city. There is a lovely balcony with a table and two chairs. We experienced the fete du music, which was outstanding. We arrived by bicycle having cycle camped for over three weeks and appreciated the safe place for our bikes.
The balcony could have been in better condition.
