It was a great space for multiple families. The best part was the open concept living space with multiple seating areas & second kitchenette. Media room was awesome! Access to beach was good, although tricky carrying chairs and beach items up house staircases. House needs maintenance. Walls in game room are beat up from pool players, etc. Bunk rooms a little small but worked ok for 6 boys. Only issues were arriving to full trash cans from previous guests, and one unclean bathroom, one dirty drying pan. Other than that, it was a great place to stay for a short spring break!

Plenty of room and newly renovated. Nice that there was the extra kitchen area. We enjoyed our stay.

The house is perfect for our family and it was in the best condition this year. Location was wonderful and we enjoyed the pool, hot tub, balcony, and movie room. We have already booked our stay for next year.
