Light, fresh, modern, airy upper moderate to lower high-end range for a beach property. Great response from the Ryan Properties management, esp since the air conditioning units required attention from the HVAC team, hours before we were supposed to arrive. Quickly finished, continued updates. Plan for re-accommodation was being evaluated. Another big big plus was that enough linens, blankets and pillows were provided, fans in sleeping rooms, very good mattresses as well. Most beach houses in this Terramar beach region have only a single bathroom to three bedrooms - ours had THREE bathrooms with a large walk in shower for beach days and a newly refurbished OUTDOOR shower with hot/cold running water outside with a privacy enclosure. And Lastly, big call out to the property management for mosquito mitagation. Our friends stayed down the road and the mosquitos were a big problem (6/2026, right after a tropical storm). Note: no free use bikes or boogie boards or rafts at the house, but reasonably priced equipment available two blocks away at the Supermarket - really nice managers there too! Overall, I would return to this home for future visits (3rd bedroom on the ground next to carport smells strongly of mildew, but this is on par with other beach houses in this neighborhood and IT IS VASTLY more clean/fresh/new than others I have seen).
