Host was easy to communicate with. House was great location and perfect for getting to the beaches and to some Tampa Bay Rays games in St Pete. I would recommend.

We loved this property. So close to fun downtown Bradenton and convenient to beaches! Check in was easy and parking was great! Enjoyed coffee each morning on the screened in private back porch

Even though the neighborhood was a historic neighborhood the surrounding houses including the cottage yards were unkept. The cottage was clean and had plenty of rooms but there were window AC units in the kitchen, living room, and one bedroom. The other two bedrooms only had ceiling fans. It was a hot weekend and me and my friend had to share the room that had the AC unit in it. The other two rooms were never used. Ana Marie island was about a 20 min drive.
