Unit was as advertised. Very close to the beach with a few bars/restaurants nearby. The only issue was being able to hear the foot traffic of the unit above us.

I always enjoy staying at Beach Livin 1. I'm in St. Pete often and the location is perfect for all of the things I enjoy doing when I'm in town - beach, great food, sunsets...

I love this property but it wasn’t the five star stay like last month. Communication was clunkier this time. Felt like we were talking past one another and the lecturing tone wasn’t really appreciated. But we got past that. The property was clean but the lipstick and other smudges on the bedspread caught my eye. Also, the lock on the bathroom window does not work. I won’t hesitate to book this property again, but there’s room for improvement.
