Fantastic location. Beautiful view from the back patio. Huge kitchen with everything you could ever need. Very large, clean home. Our only complaint would be that the air conditioning does not reach into the bedrooms on the upper level nor the back bedroom on the first floor effectively. Rooms were warm despite running the fans that were provided in each of those rooms.

Wonderful location with everything we needed for a memorable time in Kauai!

We had an awesome stay in Kauai!! And this house checked all our boxes minus a pool but it did have a hot tub so after we braved hiking makaleha the hot tub was an absolute necessity!!! There were a few things that need some work on the house but noting these things with the host were received very well and they were very grateful! I would highly recommend this house to anyone!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is everything you would want, beautiful, and plenty of room for our family of 9. Very clean, and stocked well with kitchen, beach, bikes, scooters, etc....Property manager was awesome, communicated very promptly and helpful to make our stay enjoyable.Though the house is beautiful, the home owners association is very strict on no noise outside after 9 pm. We had 2 of our group on the back patio having a conversation, and neighbor asked us to keep it down, so conversation was at a whisper, and the Home Owners association police showed up to warn us. Sad you can't have conversations outside on the beautiful patio after 9 pm - even quiet conversations. We would stay here again for the house, but not when you can't enjoy your outdoor patio in a respectful way (not excessive noise as it asks, that's ok, we could live with that - as we weren't being excessive loud, just having a conversation between 2 people). When it says quiet - it means quiet - stay indoors after 9 pm.
