We had an incredible 3-night stay in PEC with our whole family of 13, and this property could not have been more perfect for our group. There was so much space both inside and outside for everyone to spread out and relax, and the kids absolutely loved having room to play and explore safely. The host truly went above and beyond. They provided Sandbanks passes ahead of our stay so we could register them to our vehicles in advance, which made our beach days seamless and stress-free. We also really enjoyed the sauna and the campfires in the evenings; such a great way to unwind and spend time together as a family. One of the highlights of the trip was a birthday dinner, and the host recommended an excellent private chef who came to the house and prepared an amazing meal for us. It made the celebration feel extra special. This home was thoughtfully set up for large groups and created the perfect setting for making family memories. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Prince Edward County.

Always an amazing stay! Perfect for large gatherings, cozy visits to PEC, and creating wonderful memories!

We were a group of 8 siblings and partners. The set up and facilities were perfect for us- allowing for shared meals and indoor activities for smaller groups. Weather not great for sitting outside, but we did use the BbQs. In nicer weather there are lots of spots to sit and gather outside. Communication with hosts was easy. We had one minor issue which was resolved promptly. We really appreciated the park passes and did make use of those.

The setup of the building was perfect for a large group: the 14 of us fit comfortably in the dining area/primary living room, every room was spotless and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Our group included 2 dogs that did not know each other. Because this house has a complete "granny home"—where a smaller group has access to a kitchen/living room/full bathroom/2 bedrooms that could be separated by a locking door—it was easily possible to keep them apart, had they not gotten along.
