Property was just as advertised. we had a great time and would reccommend this propert

I absolutely loved this property I didn’t want to leave ! It was just perfect for us !

The pool was cleaned the day prior to the landscapers coming and a lot of the leaves and things like that ended up in the pool maybe switch the pool and landscaping days. Overall, our state was great, the host was easy to contact and we loved the area.

House was nice, spacious, good location. Pool was not properly cleaned until several complaints were made to the property manager, and only after being there 3 days. Shower door fell of it’s track while our granddaughter was opening the door, She did get hurt, could have been worse, when this was reported to the management firm for the property, all they said was “we will send a crew out to repair it after we vacated the property “ no inquiry as to the child’s well being! On top of that, the “nest” thermostat was locked at 74 degrees making the house uncomfortable, we never abused the air conditioning , keeping it at 69, so this baffles us, we paid the same for each night, why was it necessary to make the house uncomfortable on our last night? All in all nice house, but I would be wary. One nice thing they did was all us an extension on the check out time, from 10 to 12 noon.
