We actually lived in Reunion so we were very familiar with the community. This home is a great value except for a few things. Simple things like having enough toilet paper, having a modern coffee maker, and being able to turn the air down so it is comfortable at night to sleep.
The biggest issue was the pool. We paid for heat and while the pool got warm, the spa never did heat up like it should. The response time from the property manager was days and not hours like I would expect.
I would recommend really asking some detail questions before renting.
