This property is stunning. A beautiful location, quiet street and very close to everything you need in terms of grocery, fine dining and or casual needs. Walking distance to the beach without question. The golf cart and bikes are a lovely touch. We had a small group of work friends and family in different days to celebrate my birthday. Wonderful memories. I would for sure stay again! I did rate the property a 10 based on the questions they asked; cleanliness, home as described, location, and communication with management. I do have a few critiques. The pool system is not user friendly. We utilized the directions provided and had the pool tech come out. Everytime we had the pool heater going it would stop or stop heating. We finally had a heated pop five days into our trip. The hot tub is lovely but yes be careful- getting in and out could be difficult if you have any mobility issues. It has a unique waterfall design which makes entry and exit slow. Last but not least, the freezer remains broken. It was inconvenient to keep running out to get bags of ice for the “back up” freezer in the garage. The home is three floors- so a lot of up and down. We enjoyed it- but for those shopping these details could be important to you!

The house is very nice and very well located, we had problems because the freezer did not work upstairs, the bathtubs slip and the pool has a broken tile that caused us two incidents. To enter there was no good communication. For what we paid it was not fair that there were so many failures.

The property was beautiful!! From the pool area to the amazing interior we loved everything about it!!

Beautiful modern home with a gorgeous pool. Beach was a short walk. Property management was very responsive to any issues that arose. Would definitely recommend…
