The condo was clean and spacious. It’s located near downtown Newport but not right in the center, so easily within walking distance without having to deal with the notorious weekend traffic along America’s Cup Ave. The host was very communicative and responsive. We were in Newport for a large family wedding and the condo was well stocked for a 3 day stay, and perfectly situated for what little time we had to shop and explore the area.

My friends and I (total 5 adults) stayed here to celebrate our collective 50th birthdays. The place was perfect! Clean, spacious and perfect location. Can’t wait to come back here!

Location was amazing. The property/condo itself is a little outdated but overall very happy with our stay.

We had another great time in Newport . First time staying at this property. Location is great , walking distance to main area. The property is big and some parts under construction so you may have to walk a long way to your building. One of the pools was not in use, but wasn’t a big deal for us but I could see families being upset if they weren’t told ahead of time. Room itself was clean , spacious and very comfortable. Very easy to communicate with our host and she always responded quickly to our questions . I would stay here again.
