The apartment is part of a building with only 4 units and is located on the first floor on the northwest side, accessible via an exterior staircase shared by the two apartments on that floor. RESERVED PARKING SPACE.
We are located on Via Rosi in Lido di Camaiore, 200 meters from the beaches, which are within walking distance. The property is situated in a very quiet residential area consisting of villas and high-end accommodations, yet close to all the town’s amenities as well as the shopping promenade.
Brand-new—we’ve just completed a total renovation—the entrance opens into a spacious living area that transitions at the far end into a dining area with a large table and an open kitchen equipped with every amenity; on the left, as you enter through two separate door-windows, you’ll find the large L-shaped terrace that wraps around this floor.

Rentals require a minimum stay of 6–7 days during the summer, while shorter stays can be arranged during the off-season; utilities are included year-round, and bed and/or bath linens are provided upon request.
