House is very modern and has all of the things you need for a stay. Great location near biltmore village, downtown, breweries (Hillman, Burial and others just to name a few) and grocery shopping, walmart, etc. For a longer term stay you may want to bring things like tin foil, plastic wrap, baggies, tupperware and other kitchen things. If you are in the upper unit and someone is in the lower unit you can figure out parking together as long as your vehicle isn't a large truck. If it is a large truck you may have to part along the street (part on and part off). If so fold in your mirrors. Street is pretty busy which doesn't create a lot of noise but does make walking along and across the street something you need to be careful about. All in all I would recommend for a 3 bedroom location close to the fun things to do.
