Like the location and how the property presents

Property was good but the staff wasn’t friendly

We visited as a family of 4 . As always the property looks chic online and honestly I booked it for its proximity from theme parks and affordability. We liked the property for its location , tight security and nice swimming pool . The carrefour and wine shop are add ons.

Having stayed at many apartments all over the world this one surprised us for the lack of facilities and condition of those available inside apartment. Too start with the shower was broken ,The soap was adulterated with water , no washing agents to use for washing machine , no soap for washing ditches . The kitchen amenities were abysmally minimum from no trash bags to few cooking accessories. Towels were not enough for 4 of us . Extra linen also was absent . The bathroom floor was badly designed resulting in water getting collected on the other side of drainage .
