The location, the price for our stay & the apartment was lovely & just what we needed for our stay in London. Transport to the O2 was easy to get just a slight walk to the buses. The area was busy due to building works but this did not interrupt our stay at all. The beds were comfortable & all appliances there worked & we got very clear instructions on how to get the keys & turn things on etc. The hosts were lovely too.
The front door kept getting stuck. We couldn't get in at first then struggled to get out/in a few times after that once locked. It seems to be the top lock that got jammed. The towels were clean but stained & the only other issue was having to cover on the ironing board.

Nothing really very bad experience. The lock on the door is a problem. Stains on the settee. Microwave not cleaned had all used old food inside.
The utensils plates cooking tins all dirty. Not a great experience. I paid for five adults but only three of us could stay. What was meant to be a great relaxing weekend with family turned out a very bad experience. I would not recommend.
