Hobbit Haven

The Hobbit Haven was very clean and cute. It was perfect for my short stay in Santa Barbara with my toddler. There was a dedicated parking spot in front of the main house. It had everything we needed in it. We used the small fridge, kitchen sink (with soap and sponge), luxurious bathtub and very nice bath products. The bed was plush and comfortable, and there was a cute velvet couch and tv my daughter could watch from bed. Also, as a bonus, there was a very fancy automatic toilet/bidet that opens/closes/flushes with a wave or remote. I was pleasantly surprised by the upgrades and luxurious features, and especially the cleanliness. The owners are thoughtful and while we didn't need any attention, they checked in with me and were easily reachable. I definitely recommend!

I tell loved how on theme this place was! Super cozy and fun.

Only complaint is I don't love a sit down shower but it did add to the hobbit-ness of it all.

We love this unique property! Everything was great especially the location, the special decor features, the tub, and the fun consistency with the Hobbit theme. Thank you for making this lodging available to others to enjoy! I have shared our experience with many friends already! We look forward to staying here again...

We got used to the bed the second night, but at first it was uncomfortably soft and the frame was a bit funky.

Fun place to stay for 1 or 2 nights.

It is very small and for hobbit size people, not advised for tall ones, I am 5”4 and did not fit under the shower head.
