Front office sangat friendly dan helpful selama check in/ out, terasa hangat saat capek perjalanan jauh lalu disambut dengan keramahan dan senyum . Kamar modern vibe, bedding sangat rapi, totally sparkling clean!! Sangat nyaman menginap di hotel ini dan parkir juga dimudahkan. Lokasi mudah ditemukan. Security dan bell boy cekatan membantu.

Okay breakfast buffet of tepid food. Free water refill stations. Lovely water pressure for the hot showers!

The room was very noisy! Constant noise throughout the night - train whistles, train station sirens, traffic noise, religious chanting....too noisy to sleep well.
Only one toothbrush!

This is The Best Hotel for short or longer visits in Malang, location hotel is just 5 min away from High Way Toll exit from Surabaya.
Very clean, super friendly staff, food is delicious, rooms are very clean, overall no negative comments.
When we are back in Malang, definitely we will book again at this amazing Hotel.

The bed was wonderful as was the shower pressure and lots of hot water.
Staff provided breakfast boxes for trips that missed breakfast.
The room was very noisy! Constant noise throughout the night - train whistles, train station sirens, traffic noise, religious chanting....too noisy to sleep well.
