It was close to the Kovalam Lighthouse beach.With plenty of food options just 2-3 minutes walk.
The property was close to the beach but the balconies were not beach facing, it was on the side.Also, the car doesn’t reach to the property , one has to walk to the property but they assist you in carrying your luggage.

strategic location - while rooms didnt get direct view of shore the advertisement was view of light house and that we got.
Friendly and hassle free
Issue was that there is not road access to property - but the staff came to pick up the luggage from the drop point.
Another issue was that the property does not have lift for upper floors - again staff did pick up all the luggage - but those with issue climbing stairs must be aware of this.

Property is located bit interior, no vehicle access. Should walk through narrow path about 300 mtr. Beach as well located around 300 mtr away. Not really a beach resort.

Good bed, sheets and shower. The staff was very nice.
The only thing is that the window doesn’t have mosquito net. So i had to keep the window close and usa the AC. But i prefer to be able to open the window without being concerned about mosquitos.
