The Doorman Goethe Frankfurt am Main

Everything & it has a perfect location

Nothing

It was a great location however accessing the property was a nightmare! They have two locations in Frankfurt and "fortunately" we went to the wrong location first however they had a person at the reception who was absolutely wonderful in helping us get the key to the property which was at the other location in town. Without this help I doubt we would have been able to access the property easily. We helped another person the next day trying to access the property who had little English and could see the 'challenge' this caused. Once in the property it was great. Good size and well equipped room and great location to everything in the old part of town. It was a great hotel; just a big challenge to initially access.

Just trying to initially access the property. We did not receive the code for the door and room before we arrived in Frankfurt and only got the keys because we went to the wrong location (they have two hotels in town). Needed to get the access codes the day before to remove the major problem of accessing the room.

This is our 3rd stay at The Doorman Goethe Frankfurt. It's just a perfect location, lovely rooms, great service and easy to check in and out. Thanks again!

The location is the best part.

The apartment was much smaller than how it appeared in the photos and the layout feels cramped. If you need a bit of room, the garden terrace is the only saving grace. It also felt like the whole apartment complex could be cleaner.
