BIANCO AZZURRO Hotel & Restaurant

The area is less touristic rather than the north. The hotel has a private beach with a lovely wooden gazebo that fits perfectly with the surroundings, where you can have breakfast/dinner/whatever. The staff is very friendly, especially the owner, who is always available and happy to help with any kind of request throughout your stay.

I carefully planned this trip, and my main priorities were cleanliness, comfort, safety, a beautiful view, and being close to the ocean. I was travelling alone and stayed at Bianco Azzurro during the first few days of my holiday in Pwani Mchangani. I am very glad I chose this place. The location is beautiful, with palm trees, clear blue water, white sand, and a peaceful atmosphere. During my stay in August, the tides were not very strong, so it was possible to enjoy swimming at any time. The weather was sometimes a little rainy, which is normal for the season, but it did not stop me from enjoying my stay. So, when I arrived, the bed was beautifully decorated with fresh flowers as a welcome gesture. It was such a lovely and thoughtful detail and made me feel especially welcomed from the very beginning. My room was on the third floor and had a lovely view of the ocean and palm trees. It was spacious, clean, comfortable, and cosy. The air conditioning worked well, and the Wi-Fi was good too, although honestly, I barely had time to use it because I was too busy enjoying Zanzibar 🫠 The staff were very kind, polite, and welcoming. I enjoyed the breakfasts and also had dinner at the hotel. The owner was very helpful and arranged a taxi for me when needed. As a solo traveller, I especially appreciated the safe and peaceful atmosphere. I never felt uncomfortable being there alone. I also enjoyed walking around the area and discovering the local culture. One of the Maasai people showed me a local market and told me about life in the area, which was a very special experience. I am truly grateful to the owner and the entire team for such a beautiful room and for making my stay so comfortable and special. Thank you for your warm hospitality, I will always remember my stay at Bianco Azzurro as a beautiful part of my Zanzibar journey 🌴☺️
