Overall the place was clean inside & outside. The double AC system was a real blessing when outside air was over 100. The pool was large enough for our 5 adults to enjoy & not feel crowded. All amenities listed were available & in good working condition. We were really impressed by the master bathroom. It is very spacious with a double sink, double shower, & double toilet. It was also a great location to see the 250 4th of July fireworks from the backyard.

The house is very clean and well stocked to support guests. The backyard and pool are the highlight of the property. Large pool (can be heated) and nice hot tub. Pool and Hot tub temps are controlled by the guest using an App on your smart phone. Backyard is very private.Recommendation for Host:1) Guest could use a high quality pool skimmer.2) Backyard needs a few nice lounge chairs.

fantastic, relaxing

This is a lovely home located in a quiet neighborhood in Palm Springs. The open floor plan works beautifully with ample space in each of the guest bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom has a very comfortable king sized bed with a big walk in closet and a very large en suite bathroom. We especially loved the his and her sinks and toilets. The house is located near Ralph's grocery store, a CVS, a gym and a pilates studio. Also it's an easy walk to downtown Palm Springs. I would definitely stay there again.
