Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group greatly enjoyed a peaceful 5-night stay in this beautiful location among the grape vines. The property was well-appointed, with the small caveat that bedside table lamps would be appreciated in the non-primary bedrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. The property management company was professional and efficient and quick to resolve an issue that arose during our stay. We would happily stay here again.

Love the house. Was our second time staying there

Our family had a short reunion at this house, which is beautiful both in design and location. Unfortunately, on our first night, we encountered hundreds of bugs crawling and flying around. Additionally, we found that none of the bedding had been changed, as there was hair on all the beds. This caused significant stress and discomfort for our family. We reported these issues to management, who addressed them, making our second night more comfortable. However, our request for a refund for the first disastrous night was denied. We rented the house through VRBO, and no agency took responsibility for the unpleasant experience. We consider this substandard service and will not forget our ordeal.
