We had an excellent stay at this hotel! The view of the lake was absolutely breathtaking, and waking up to such a beautiful view from our room made the experience even more special. The food was delicious with plenty of great options, and the pool was clean, relaxing, and well maintained. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Absolutely gorgeous hotel and view! The rooms with the two queen beds were a little tight for four people. The king bed rooms with the upgrade are perfect. Breakfast was delicious, the staff was a little slow, but it was great anyways. The bathrooms in the rooms are a little small for a big family on the regular rooms. And the menu and drinks seemed extremely expensive for Colombian pesos standards. But in all, the hotel is impressive, feels very new and beautifully decorated. Would come again but be prepared to pay expensive meals and drinks.
