Silvia is an exceptionally charming host and very responsive. Terrific location for exploring Florence for a few days. Apartment was wonderfully decorated, and so quaint for the two of us. Silvia provided umbrellas and slippers for our use, and coffee!
Quite a few stair steps up to the apartment. Shower ran either very hot or cold, we could not get adjustment correct.

Lovely apartment. Excellent facilities. Silvia could not do enough for us. So much info. She even carried my case upstairs for me. The restaurants around especially Industria, were very good. Easy walk I to centre and all the main attractions. If you want the personal touch this is it. Thank you Silvia.
There was nothing really. Just be aware it is the top floor with 6 sets of steep narrow stairs. Difficult for older guests.

hospitality of the host welcoming us. the layout of the place and the attention to detail the host provided - thought of everything. it is in a quiet neighborhood. Air conditioning was a plus for us.
to be honest was not aware how many steps we had to climb to get to the apartment - I counted 60 steps. that was the only drawback .
