Great location - very clean - comfortable bed - kitchen equipped for us to cook - bit hard to find - we did not realise that the pier was being rebuilt which spoilt the view some what - see attached photo - not the owners fault however would have been nice to be warned before arriving
View !!

Clean
, comfortable and very well appointed.
Construction right outside our window. Understandably out of owner’s control, but would have liked to be advised before final payment to have the option of whether we wanted to stay there or not

Good location in town, apart from the construction at the docks. It took away the beautiful view and was noisy in the morning,.
Parking location for our car was awful. Someone reversed into our vehicle when it was parked and smashed the back side.

It was comfortable and clean.
It was unfortunate we weren't given the option to cancel our 'Non-refundable' booking given the horrendous construction going on next door and across the road. Looked forward to views of the harbour etc and got cranes and security fences. So very disappointing.

"The apartment had a fabulous view across Akaroa harbour and was in the village with little cafes and shops. It was modern, well equipped, spotless. Host was super friendly and so easy to deal with."
