We were give the code for the lockbox a couple of days before we arrived. The house was clean and tidy. We had an electric fan in each bedroom and one in the living room. There was a booklet in the house with loads of information on how to get around, what shops/restaurants are close by.
Michelle kept in contact via email throughout our stay.
We didn't have anything negative to say about the house.
