Amazing room, very friendly and helpful team (Amboy <3) and great location

Everything was clean and modern. The view from our room and balcony was exceptional. The location was good. The staff were very helpful and friendly specially Patrick. He gave us the information we needed u til we checked out.

Great location. I visited Macau specifically to explore the Portuguese and Chinese historical sites rather than the casinos, and this spot was perfect. It is within walking distance of almost all the major landmarks and cultural attractions.

Wi-Fi: High signal strength but very poor actual speeds during peak times. Not suitable for voice or video calls. Room 1221: This room has a connecting door, and unfortunately, the neighbors were smoking and very loud. The hotel didn't seem to monitor the non-smoking policy, and I had to block the door with a towel to keep the smell out. Policy: No pool access after checkout. In the April heat with a late 7:00 PM flight, it was disappointing not to be able to use the facilities before leaving.
