Everything was perfect

Friendly staff

The hotel is very beautiful, the service is excellent, and the rooms are incredibly spacious. However, the only major drawback is the complete lack of soundproofing. You can hear absolutely everything from the neighboring room, from quiet conversations to children screaming and crying. Unfortunately, I couldn't sleep for three consecutive nights due to the noise next door. Although I complained to the hotel staff multiple times, no action was taken to resolve the issue.
