We are enjoying the condo. It is beautiful and has very well thought out features. The complex is well maintained.

Our experience staying at the Palazzo was average based on a few upgrades needed that are noted below. The location and pool were great. This condo is very outoutdated. The mattresses and box springs on all beds needs to be replaced! The brown chair in the living room was nasty. The dining room table is a hazard. The table was loose and wobbly with a heavy glass topper and the chairs were not sturdy. When we arrived, the TV remote did not work and we had issues with the air not cooling properly. We did notify Scenic Stays and they did respond promptly to help fix both issues. This condo would be awesome if a few major changes were made. We would gladly stay here again.
