House was great, clean and just as described. The only issue we had was the A/C was locked to only go down to 72, which as larger guys mainly staying was not ideal.

This place was amazing great location and all the rooms were big no overcrowding or excessive beds like some places do.

Great property, but with California you have to put up with a lot of nonsense. The biggest pain was the alarm on the backdoor and the casita. If you did not disarm it first, then a loud screeching sound occurred when opening the door. Plus, if you did disarm it first, you still had roughly eight seconds to get outside and close the door before the alarm was triggered. Other than those inconveniences, it was a great rental.
