Betel Palm Village - Casa Retreat - WiFi 90 Mbps

I Wanted to reach out and express my gratitude for a wonderful stay. I originally booked for two weeks, but extended my stay because of the exceptional experience. Betal Palms provides a peaceful retreat from the chaotic world. The bungalows are comfortable, spotless, and cheerful, with lovely balconies and traditional Thai decor. The grounds are beautifully tropical with privacy, yet conveniently close to town. I especially want to highlight Prae, who greeted me upon arrival and seamlessly managed every detail of my stay. Her devotion, kind and positive attitude, and exceptional service made my time in Pai truly memorable. She truly reflects the best of Thai culture. Thank you for everything. I look forward to returning again next year!

Nice location, cosy and good value for money

Can hear alot of crickets at night but other than that it’s not too noisy

Fantastic place to stay in Pai! Walking distance to cafes and the centre of town, but super quiet and loved having such a big balcony. Felt very safe for a solo female traveller 😊

Had some issues with the plug sockets- difficult to charge phone and devices as they didn’t always work.

Cuisine d’extérieur commune : pas pas grand chose à disposition, nous n’avons pas osé nous en servir car elle n’avait pas l’air accessible. Salle de bain très vielle Environnement bruyant à cause des chiens errants
