Nice location, quiet area.
Not ideal for vacation stay as the upstairs tenants are rather noisy early in the morning.

Location and clealiness. Communication with the owner is excellent.
At times, in the middle of the night (between 11-12PM), there is no quiet time. We hear loud foot steps, dragging of furniture above our bedroom. Eventually, this will disturb our sleep in the middle of the night.
