SpringHill Suites by Marriott Fayetteville I-95

the room appeared remodeled and nice. Big enough for my whole family. I would now prefer to stay in a Springhill Suites over other hotels if they will all look like this. Breakfast was great too!

It has all the basics for your visit, the room and bathroom were clean. It is a no frills place. The staff were very friendly.

The ready meals could be more appetising, we arrived the night of a storm and decided to stay in, unfortunately the quality was dismal/poor.

We stayed there twice - our first stay was perfect - we were given two bottles of water at the check-in and the room was spotless. We were really impressed and decided to book the same hotel again on our way back. The breakfasts are great, there is a lot to choose from! The staff is also really nice and the lovely blonde's positive energy ie contagious.

Unfortunately, the second time was not as good. The cleanliness could have been better. We found weird, blood-like spots one of the towels and weird stains on one of the pillows. The glass divider on the desk was dirty too, but I understand that it is hard to keep clean. This time we were not offered water (which would not be something to complain about but we expected it after the first time) and were only given 3 towels for the 4 of us. The toilet had some problems with flushing as well.

The breakfast is great.

Our rom had a filmy drape with a light right outside so it was impossible to have a dark room. The tv faced the side of the desk. It was not comfortable to view it.
