Overall the stay was great and just what we needed for our time in Memphis! The house is charming with an older feel, but fully accommodating and clean. It was great for our pet as well!

Nice location to get around easily to downtown

home was a duplex and was nice. The neighborhood was not as nice.

We enjoyed staying here and ended up extending our stay for the unit next door. The host was very communicative and quick to answer any questions or resolve any issues that came up. The only issue we encountered was that the air conditioning had some issues staying cool in the daytime but the temps outside were reaching record highs during our stay so that’s not out of the norm. Pictures were totally accurate and we also liked that there was parking space in the back as well as a driveway on each side. We felt safe the entire time during our stay and never had any issues with the guests Nextdoor, all in all it was a very nice quiet stay for a reasonable price. We would definitely stay again in the future!
