The house was just as described in the listing. Just be aware that the bedrooms are not on the main floor and you will have to climb stairs. John was extremely responsive to any communications. We would definetly recommend this house to anyone considering it.

Amazing location on Baltimore Road in Gettysburg, easy walk to town square and very well located. This is an older property with "custom" renovations but that is what we were expecting. If you want a luxury VRBO, this is not for you. If you want a well located property with very nice touches from the host (bars / muffins / eggs / etc) then you will appreciate this unit.It was clean enough but there were a couple of surprises for us, so do a preventative wash on your favorite items.Absolutely nothing to dissuade us from returning or recommending -- thank you!

We had an excellent stay. Parking is a little difficult especially if you have more than one vehicle. There are stairs but nothing that was a problem for us. The house is great and even stocked with some breakfast items. The location is perfectly located in the middle of town that you are in walking distance of both sides of town for shopping and eating. We only drove to go to the battle site. Check in was easy and we definitely enjoyed our stay.
