Over the years we have owned a few midcentury properties in PS. We sold the last one a few years ago. This trip we wanted something different not the whole mid century thing. This house was terrific. Its adjacent to the Deep Well area. Great neighborhood. The house was beyond charming. The owners made sure everything was there down to the last detail. The backyard had a beautiful old growth garden. It was truly an Oasis. I strongly suggest if you need a quiet PS getaway this is the place for you. If you are traveling with a family this house is perfect.

Fantastic property in a great location

Great place for our weekend stay with our adult kids. Close to downtown Palm Springs and golf as well as groceries, very convenient. Quiet neighborhood. The property is clean and well maintained. The pool, spa, and grill were all used while we were there. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.Couple of things to note - this is an older home, the showers in the bathrooms are small, and the second bathroom is tiny. Not a big deal but would have been nice to know. If you are staying spring/summer I would recommend bringing bug spray and/or outdoor bug retardant or candles, we got quite a few bites in the evenings. The noise policy is quite strict, we were bummed we couldn't have even soft music outside by the pool.
