Aparthotel Birmingham

Nice and clean

Nothing to worry about

Really good location for Birmingham children’s hospital. All the facilities you would need, full small kitchen area with all required items provide such as washing up facilities and utensils / crockery. Toiletries provided in bathroom, iron and ironing board, hair dryer. Really clean place. No noise despite being so close to the Queensway. Travel cot provided and set up before arrival. Tv in living area and bedroom area. Check in really easy and discount available for the B4 carpark. We will definitely stay here for future appointments.

The location was exceptionally convenient, as was the close and well lit/maintained parking at B4. As a lone, female traveler this was important for me. The apartment itself was spacious, very clean and had excellent facilities. This feels like a little home from home and I have now arranged that I will stay here every week for work.

The staff on reception when I checked in were very helpful and polite The location works very well for me as I have a number of meetings in central birmingham

Unfortunately when I got into my room, the window catch was broken, so the room was very noisy. As I left the hotel for a meeting and then a function, I reported this to the team, and they said that they would ask a technician to fix the problem. I said if the window could not be fixed, then please contact me via email or my mobile to let me know so my things could be moved. Unfortunately, I did not have any communication from the team, and when I returned back to the hotel assuming that that window was fixed, the night team had no information about it. To cut a long storey short, I had to moved rooms after midnight into another room which was very annoying and frustrating after a long day.
