Very spacious apartment right in the city center.

Great location. Central to Reykjavik city center. Modern design and decor. Clean facilities. Host was very prompt to responding to any questions were had. Thank you.
The tenants upstairs were loud!! The children upstairs were moving furniture at midnight. Maybe the apartment should have better sound proofing. That's my only concern. Other than that, it was a great accommodation.

Great location, very responsive hosts and a well-equipped apartment. The hosts replied almost immediately whenever we had any questions or requests, which made the stay very easy. The apartment has everything you need for a short trip and worked well for our group of six.
The only minor downside is that the kitchen is quite small, so with six people it could get a little crowded when, for example, one person wanted to make tea, someone else was preparing a sandwich and another person was loading the dishwasher. Also, because the apartment is right in the city centre - which is otherwise a fantastic advantage - it could also be a little noisy in the evenings, although in our experience it usually quietened down by around midnight.

Einfaches elektronisches Checkin, bequeme Betten. Zentrale Lage.
Kein Parkplatz, obwohl bei Booking.com angegeben. Extrem teuer an der Straße. Abwassergeruch im Bad sehr unangenehm. Kaputte Steckdose mit frei liegenden Kabeln, gefährlich. Gebrochene Fensterscheiben. Sehr spärlich ausgestattete Küche. Dreckiges Besteck in der Schublade. Sehr laut durch zentrale Lage, auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern. Sehr steile Treppe in der Wohnung.

"Perfect location for us. We stayed after a bus tour and didn’t rent a car. The location had everything we needed for the end of our stay."
