Audrey messaged us on the morning of our booking to explain that the room that we had booked would not be available due to encountering a problem with the previous traveller, but that she had booked us into another room on the first floor of the same building. So whilst I cannot comment specifically on room 407 I was very happy with the service we received from Audrey and the room we had was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a one night stopover and perfect for ease of getting into Avignon centre and travelling from Avignon TGV the following morning being only a few minutes walk away.

Everything was as expected.

L'emplacement très bien situé. Les capsules pour le petit déjeuner et kes petites compotes dans le frigo. Dans la salle de bain shampooing, gel douche fournis ! Draps et serviettes également ! Tout était pour le mieux ! Merci
