Breakfast was amazing! Room was very clean. Owners were very gracious.
Functionality. Entering the Inn was challenging. The entrance has a small table there with 2 chairs and the door opened to the left. With bags it was a small space to enter. In the bathroom, there was not enough shelf space for toiletries.

The carefully prepared breakfast was amazing and varied each day. The historic Inn is a fun place to stay. It is close to the coast with views of the ocean from the upper floors. Rebecca, the owner, prepared the amazing breakfast and was attentive for our morning meal. She was fun to visit with. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the Inn as well as its history and it’s fantastic location. We thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet. A wonderful place to stay if your goal is to explore the amazing Rhode Island coast.
The in is old dating back to 1875. It is a beautiful cared for structure and the owners are doing a great job with care and restoration. It has the charm that modern structures lack. We found that delightful so we do not have any complaints.

Loved the personalized attention and care to the traveler (myself included) needs, excellent breakfasts with special attention and preparation for dietary restrictions and allergies. My sister and I felt very welcomed and well taken care of by Rebecca!!
The air conditioning system could have worked better.
