We had an intense rain storm one evening and two of the rooms had water in them the next morning. I don’t know if maintenance ever came out after we called. Either roof or windows are leaking. We also had a really bad experience with mosquitos making the outside area nearly unusable for days. The rental would also benefit from more towels in kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with the basic kitchen utensils to cook which was nice. Location was prime - near beach and had an outdoor area to sit. The biggest issues was the water issues in house and mosquitos. Would def benefit from additional fogging to keep the area usable.

There is plenty of activities to keep the kids busy within the community so no need to venture out. We brought all our own food but would definitely just HEB curbside or have food delivered next time to save room in our car. We didn’t know if it was an option. The house was great and had everything we needed. I will say I felt like there were a few maintenance items that needed to be done to keep the home in tip top shape including: providing all locks on bathrooms and bedrooms for privacy, cleaning the Scotsman ice maker, cleaning the front load washer (it was smelly), replace 1st floor patio fan with a working one, providing a tv remote to the 3rd floor bedroom (it was missing). We had such a wonderful time and will be back!!

The beds and towels super comfy. The only note I'd have is to include more shampoo/conditioner/body wash or encourage people to bring more like you did with towels. Other than that, great location and we'll definitely be back!
