Great location and great house!

Pros:* Host communication was excellent, both prior to and during our stay. Provided a list of recommendations for the area.* Great location, a short distance to shops/restaurants and the beach* Excellent neighborhood that felt very safe and quiet* Nice welcome gift bag* Offered a late checkout (1 hour) upon requestCons:* Photos do not reflect what the property looks like inside. Furnishings and decor are different (artwork, curtains, furniture, etc.). Photos seem AI-enhanced.* Unit is in need of a refresh. Shower rod was rusty. Walls discolored, chipped paint, etc. Overall felt dingy.* Unit didn't feel super clean overall. Small hairs in bathroom sink. Seems like it needs a deep cleaning.* Bonus room was a converted garage with two twin beds and no carpet or flooring. My child that slept in the room said it was a bit creepy.NOTE:Above concerns were not communicated to host as it really wasn't anything that could be fixed while we were there. I will say that the host was super responsive and easy to communicate with. I just don't think I'd stay here again unless the unit was renovated/refreshed.
