We had a great stay! Super close to dreams park.

The house was very clean and spacious. The living room was big with plenty of seating. The kitchen was well stocked. The A/C units were able to keep us cool even with several days in the high 90s. Definitely recommend staying here when visiting Cooperstown!

We booked this property because of the price/value for the size and proximity to the Cooperstown Dreams Park.. It was a fantastic option for our group and the house itself exceeded our expectations! There was plenty of space for 12 people (8 adults, 3 little kids and 1 teen) to sleep, eat and hang out. The kitchen was tight, especially since the laundry was in there as well, but it was very manageable. Darcey, the owner, was responsive and helpful. We had a great experience! Bonus--the game rooms was a fun addition and the school house charm was lovely. Location to both Dreams Park and downtown Cooperstown is ideal. The only disappointment was that we couldn't bring the team back to hang out and enjoy the game room, as more than 12 guests are not allowed at any time. But we understood and made it work. Great property!

Terrific house for a few families here to cheer on kids at dreams park
