Beautiful, clean & very well appointed property that accommodated our entire family. In a wonderfully convenient location. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again! Clear and responsive communication from the host!

I stayed at the house with my husband and 3 adult children. The house is exactly as depicted in the pictures. It is well appointed and has everything you need for a great stay. There are plenty of kitchen essentials for cooking (dishes, pots, pans, utensils and spices). Having a pool was great and we loved the view of the canal. They really have thought of everything. I would not hesitate to stay or recommend this house. Theresa was a good communicator.

We had a great time at this rental and would definitely choose it again when we return to Cape Coral/Fort Myers. The location is perfect, as it is in a neighborhood that is close to everything we wanted to see and do. The cleanliness of the home was impressive, and it was well-stocked with everything we needed during our stay. It was evident that the owners take great care in maintaining the property. The highlight of our stay was the sparkling clean pool. It was refreshing and inviting, and the variety of toys provided added an extra element of fun for both kids and adults. Not only was the property exceptional, but the owner was also incredibly nice and easy to work with. They were responsive and accommodating, making the rental process smooth and hassle-free. Overall, our experience at this home was top-notch. It was clean, comfortable, and cozy, providing us with a memorable stay - we’ll definitely book again in the future.

We thought the property was cozy, well-stocked, and had the perfect layout for spending time with family. I appreciated Teresa, our host, communicating with us in a timely manner , was very accommodating and personable. Yes! We'd do it again!
